On this page you can find the Submission Version of the Penzance Neighbourhood Plan, associated appendices and documents.

Following the Regulation 16 Pre-Submission Consultation, which took place in Autumn 2022, the Community Link Group, with the support of Planning Consultants, have now processed all the comments received and now have finalised responses for everyone who took part.

The Submission Version of the Neighbourhood Plan, which has been informed by the consultation, has now been approved by Penzance Council and is now being submitted to Cornwall Council for the next stages of the approval process.
