Penzance Neighbourhood Plan

Developed and written by the local community, the Penzance Neighbourhood Plan sets out planning policies specific to our Penzance Civil Parish area: covering – Penzance, Newlyn, Mousehole, Paul, Heamoor, Gulval, and Eastern Green.

In a referendum on 31 July 2025, electors will be asked: “Do you want Cornwall Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Penzance to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”

Voting “Yes” will ensure that future planning decisions will take account of local views on issues that really matter.
