The Penzance Neighbourhood Plan is a community led initiative to shape the future potential of the Penzance Civil Parish area, including Penzance, Newlyn, Mousehole, Paul Village, Heamoor and Gulval.
Cornwall Council’s consultation on the submitted Plan will begin on Tuesday 26 March 2024 and will run until midnight on on Saturday 11 May 2024.
